We started in 2004, as 25 people looking to offer employers and trustees of defined benefit schemes a great quality service at fixed and reasonable prices. We had some new ideas, engaging ways of explaining complex things and it seemed to strike a chord.
We’ve grown rapidly since then by winning new clients, hanging on to them and to our best people. We’ve added new services but kept our fresh way of working that our clients say they enjoy.
So, what’s next? Well our clients tell us we are still doing things right so we don’t want to change fundamentally. But we’re investing in new and innovative IT solutions to support our consultants and delight our clients. And we’d like to offer our services to more clients.
